1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, currently we ship WORLD WIDE.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–13 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (NZST) will be processed the next business day.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier’s website.

4. What are your shipping costs?

  • Free shipping for orders over $259.99 NZD
  • For orders below $259.99, shipping costs are based on weight:
  • 0.0001 kg – 0.3 kg: $34.50
  • 0.3 kg – 0.6 kg: $35.50
  • 0.6 kg – 0.9 kg: $36.99
  • 0.9 kg – 1.3 kg: $37.50
  • 1.3 kg – 1.6 kg: $38.99
  • 1.6 kg – 2.0 kg: $42.00
  • 2.0 kg – 3.0 kg: $48.89
  • 3.0 kg – 4.5 kg: $50.99

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must be returned following our Return & Refund Policy.

7. How do I return an item?

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, in original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping (return labels can be printed for free). Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos or details. We will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

9. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or incorrect)

10. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

11. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your card information on our servers.
